Families are warmly welcomed, including well-mannered, housebroken pets! Dogs must be leashed when outside at the cabin or near the lake, and waste must be cleaned up. Renovation & Kitchen Fully renovated down to the studs in August 2022, the cabin features a brand-new eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, Moen faucets, and all the essentials: cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Sleeping Arrangements This 700 sq. ft. home has 2 separate bedrooms: the first with 2 Queen Serta foam beds, and the second with 1 double Sealy pillow-top bed, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. The open-concept kitchen and living room include 2 couches, which can serve as additional sleeping space at an extra nightly charge. While 6 guests is ideal, more could be possible, though it may feel tight if spending much time indoors. Bathroom & Laundry The full bathroom is combined with the laundry room and includes shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, washcloths, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, and steamer—making getting ready a breeze! Outdoor Spaces Pavilion: String lights and chairs provide a perfect spot for relaxing. Backyard Fire Pit: Enjoy campfires with a starter pack of firewood. Additional firewood is available for purchase. Hotdog and s’more sticks, as well as a fire starter, are provided. Front Porch: Rocking chairs with a fire pit offer a cozy spot to watch the sunset. Outdoor Cooking & Dining: Choose between the fire pit or the flattop Blackstone grill with propane and utensils. A picnic table with an umbrella is nearby for outdoor meals or kids’ crafts. Entertainment A small library of books, DVDs, and games is available for family fun, just in case the weather turns. Cleanliness & Respect We maintain a high standard of cleanliness with deep cleaning after every guest. Please treat the home with care and return it in the condition you found it. Location & Access The cabin is located in a dock landing community and has neighbors nearby—it is not secluded. Photos do not include neighboring cabins to protect privacy. Please respect neighbors’ property and keep noise levels considerate. Most roads are paved, with only one short gravel stretch leading to the cabin. The driveway is steep, so 4WD is recommended during snow or inclement weather. Turn-by-turn directions are provided prior to check-in and are recommended over GPS for the smoothest arrival. As such, should you have hesitation regarding the ability to carry out your reservation, we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance in the event that you need to cancel your reservation. this can be purchased only during your initial reservation set up through the platform. We do not give refunds due to power outages, weather, natural disasters or other acts of God & recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of emergency. No smoking or vaping inside cabin. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the cabin will result in a $250 fine. Firewood: We provide a starter bundle of firewood for our guest. Additional bundles can be purchased for $15.
