The master with a king bed/ full bath, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds share a view& balcony. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and at the end of the hall is a bedroom with 4 twin beds. The hall has 2 full baths. 2-car garage -No smoking The space The property is conveniently situated just down the street from the Pavilion grocery store, within close proximity to various restaurants and additional retail establishments. This is a beachfront property that offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and picturesque sunsets. During certain times of the year, residents can observe a rich array of marine life. The boardwalk is located directly in front of the residence, providing the opportunity for biking and leisurely rides along the coast. Additionally, there is a two-car garage available for your use. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This is a family-friendly property. This is a smoke-free property. Tenants will also be held responsible for rental revenue loss resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. * Early Check-In/Late Check-Out. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; additional charges may apply.
