From the screened porch, enjoy the changing light of the shadows cast by the Live Oaks and Palmettos throughout the day as the ceiling fans enhance the ocean breezes, and sounds of the ocean surf soothe. The three of them have worked together for over 10 years providing a personal touch to their guests. Support staff is local, responsive, and experienced to promptly address any issue you may encounter (read the reviews!). Folly Beach and many Center Street restaurants are dog friendly, as is Crescent Moon, which offers a fenced-in backyard. If you are considering bringing pets, please let us know. There will be an additional charge, but we’ll make sure they are welcome. The house is equipped with 1Gb Xfinity WiFi and smart HDTVs with YouTube TV Premium included (provides all local Charleston major network affiliates and most typical cable channels) to keep you connected. There is a small children's park just one half block from the house. Note that the house is in a very quiet neighborhood street with a mix of full-time residents and vacation rentals. While it is the perfect place to quietly enjoy the company of your friends and family staying with you, it is not available for weddings, receptions, or any other events where additional people would be invited.
