The space Originally built in 1893, the building has housed a department store, men’s clothing store, and photography studio over the years. Fully restored in 2018, it now features a coffee and donut shop on the first floor with a collection of boutique loft accommodations above. 124 Lofts offers four private, thoughtfully designed spaces that blend historic character with modern comfort. Exposed brick, timber beams, and natural light create a warm, textured environment, paired with clean finishes and an open, easy layout. Each loft features a king bed, private bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and under-counter refrigerator. Please note that there is no oven or stovetop. The lofts are well suited for couples, business travelers, and guests visiting for weddings or group events.
