Although often called "Broken Bow," our cabins are actually nestled in the delightful town of Hochatown. This quaint town is a hub of endless fun and adventure, offering the perfect blend of glamour and camping, making it the ultimate destination for those looking to experience glamping at its finest. ♦︎Dive into the adventures that Hochatown has to offer, where the great outdoors invites you to explore its beauty. Start with an exciting hike through the stunning Kiamichi Forest, easily accessible and just a quick drive from where the cabins are located. Enjoy the fun of boating on the crystal-clear Broken Bow Lake, where you can explore secluded coves and enjoy beautiful views. Treat yourself to a visit to the local wineries, where you can taste new wines and soak in the experiences. Hochatown is also home to many fascinating attractions waiting for you to discover and enjoy. ♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip. To ensure your trip planning is seamless, we will provide you with an online Area Guide upon booking, featuring a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in Broken Bow. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination. ◆ Property's House and Security Rules ◆ Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. No pets allowed You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties! Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property. Must be 21 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice. Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Guest access You will receive a personalized key code that will allow you to access the property at any time after your check-in (4PM) until check-out (11AM).
