This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out. Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out. Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property. **Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.** Check Out - 1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher, drop a detergent packet in and start! (If dishwasher won't start, it is usually because the switch is off by the sink!) 2. Secure the property. Please double check all windows to ensure that they are locked. 3. Set Thermostat to 65 -- Heat -- AUTO FAN 4. Message message the host "OUT" to confirm you have left the property. We will also send check out directions the morning of your departure. Please note that check out time is at 11:00 am – we ask that you check out promptly so our team can prepare the unit for its next guest!
