Other things to note Other things to note ● No pets are allowed. We love our pets but sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens. ● No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. ● Lawn service is completed regularly but not on a particular day of the week. They may arrive during your stay but will do their best not to disturb you. ● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $50 if you depart 30 minutes late and a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes thereafter unless complimentary check-out has been granted by the host prior.
