EVERYONE NEEDS A LITTLE VACATION - COME AND ENJOY OUR TRANQUIL SETTING AND GORGEOUS WHITE SAND BEACHES. The sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico are beautiful any time of the year and we know that our luxury home has just what your family needs for peace and relaxation. Spend your days relaxing in the sand, working on your tan or floating in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not spending time on the beach, go for a swim in your own private pool. Relax on you private patio and relax. You are a quick 5 minute walk from the beach. We love our home and are excited to let you fill it with more joy, laughter, and memories! With both a main house and a guest cottage, there is ample room for everyone to spread out. Our home is situated on a large lot which will afford a feeling of peace and seclusion while in the back yard. Enjoy the coziness of our beach community - everything you need is just a short distance away - shopping, world-class beaches, golf courses, and exceptional dining. MAIN HOUSE: The main house is a 2 story, 2200 sq ft 4 bedroom / 3 bath home. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a full bathroom including a large walk-in shower. The upstairs holds the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and opens onto a balcony. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower and double sinks. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed and bedroom 4 contains bunk beds with a pull-out trundle. The living and dining area look out onto the 12 ft x 4 ft heated pool (on request). Our fully equipped and large kitchen is perfect for comfortable cooking with your family. All bedrooms and the living room have a TV. GUEST HOUSE COTTAGE: The guest house is a 400 sq ft next to the pool and features a queen bed, kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom. Rates to heat the pool: October - November & March - April: $350/week. December - February: $375/week. GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT: Enjoy the gulf breeze in a Street Legal Low Speed Golf Car. INCLUDED IN OFF-SEASON RENTAL RATE with 4 night minimum stay at listed rates renting the Main House and Guest Quarters (October through February. Note this only applies to stays of 4 nights or greater). Available to rent in peak seasons. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting for your arrival. Take it to the beach or drive it down the beach road, which is about 6 miles in length. Winter monthly rentals are not guaranteed the use the entire stay due to annual maintenance. The minimum age to rent the golf cart is 25. The maximum occupancy for the golf cart is 6. The golf cart is a registered Florida vehicle, unauthorized use is illegal. INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL: • Rolling Ice Chest • Beach Sand Toys • 8 Beach Towels We are dog friendly with a maximum weight of 50 lbs and a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $75 per pet is required due to the extra cleaning involved to ensure our home remains a safe place for both pet lovers and those with pet allergies in the future. We have exterior cameras and we will see your pooch. If you bring one, you will be charged. The entire home is available to you during your stay. Though we won't be there to greet you in person, we are available for any issues that arise during your stay. This is our personal beach house/home and we aim to ensure you have a great experience. Hours available: Monday-Saturday: 8 am - 10 pm Sunday: 12 pm - 6 pm After hours calls/texts/messages may not be reviewed until the next business day. We love our quiet street and cute area. We are close to the beach and restaurants of Destin. Car, golf cart and bike are the best modes of transportation in our area. We have a cooler and beach toys available during your stay for your enjoyment!
