Even after a busy day gather around the dining table for a delicious feast before enjoying a movie night. A bedroom invites you to get cosy and warm while you rest for the day. When you reach the upper floor you will find 2 modern-designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offering complete autonomy and privacy. All the spaces in it, offer an indelible mark on the visitor's heart. Its location provides the perfect shelter for you and your loved ones adequate to enjoy carefree days away from your everyday life. The heating of the villa is with A/C. On the lower floor, you can also find a large living area with a satellite TV, a bedroom for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal bathroom. Last but not least a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine will make your stay easier and keep your clothes clean. Outdoor facilities The best part of the residence is the refreshing outdoor private pool where you can have unspoiled moments of relaxation on the sunbeds next to the pool soaking up and enjoying the Cretan sun. Transportation services and private chefs can be arranged at an additional cost for a fully tailored wellness experience. *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) *** From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March.
