Our Rolling Creek Loft is located on the upper level of our new Barndo featuring two bedrooms with 2-Queen beds in each & one full double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Your suite will also provide a spacious great room including a 55-in Smart TV already connected to a free, secure Wi-Fi and a full-service kitchen/dining area complete with cookware and utensils; there is also a wine bar to keep your wine at the perfect temperature! The great room provides access directly onto the upper large back deck facing the woods, and a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall – perfect for the private opportunity of relaxing or entertaining! Enjoy watching an abundance of wildlife and our free ranging chickens throughout the day and evenings; as well as our 1-acre large backyard awaiting your desire to play outdoor games, light the firepit on a cool evening, or to simply let your pets run and play! Plenty of off-street private parking for up to 3 vehicles; park your car for the weekend and let the local transportation service pick you up and drop off right in the driveway! There are also sidewalks available from the property to the parks (within .3 miles) and downtown areas (1 mile); night time transportation is available from a local taxi service associate. We, your owners/hosts are available to meet, if desired, as we are in the area nearby for any questions/concerns, or inquiries. We love to interact with guests, but only upon the guest’s initiation first – we respect each guests privacy and preference. Quiet, residential/commercial area - directly next door to the property are businesses that are not open on weekends, large private property lot offers seclusion for guests right inside of town! The sidewalk leading from the house follows all throughout town and adds convenience for anyone wishing to walk the 1 mile to the downtown historic district area. Otherwise the local trolley will pick up and drop off all guests right in the driveway! - Pets must remain on a leash at all times outside of your designated suite. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time unless confined to a kennel. - The only common areas that may be shared with other guests are the laundry room, backyard, upper deck, and parking area. - There is also a Farmhouse, directly in front of the Barndominium, on the property and is offlimits to Barndominium guests – please respect one another’s privacy and space during your visit.
