Step outside and breathe in the salty air and soak up the sun on 3 private balconies, walk to the private beach, or dip in the community pool. A fully equipped kitchen, bed/bath linens, and on-site Level-II EV charging included. The space On the main level, you'll enjoy an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining with lots of natural light. Take in the ocean views while you prepare a meal in our updated kitchen or forego the dishes and enjoy take-out on the over-sized table with room enough for twelve. Once dinner is complete, walk out on the large, private deck to take in the sunset or stroll down our boardwalk to the beach. Wash your feet off in the private outdoor shower, located below the main level deck. Back on the main level, you'll find a bunk room with four twin beds, perfect for younger guests or those young-at-heart. Upstairs, our guests have the option of a king suite with a private balcony and bathroom with a jetted tub or two other additional bedrooms. The first, a king room, also features a private balcony with ocean views. This room shares a full bath with the third bedroom, complete with two double beds. The ground floor features a finished garage complete with air conditioning, pool table, couch, tables and chairs, and television - a perfect additional entertainment space. Guest access All of our properties use key-code electronic locks. Guest access the property with the last four digits of the phone number they used to book. This code will only work from check-in to check-out and is never shared with any third party. Other things to note The property has three sets of stairs that may be difficult for some guests to navigate. The entrances and parking lot are under 24/7 video surveillance for your security. There are no cameras inside the home or private areas. Instead of charging a security deposit, Crystal Shoals Vacation Rentals includes a damage waiver fee in the cleaning fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waiver fee is non-refundable; if a guest changes properties for any reason they will be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property.
