You’ll be able to access the whole house. It is a duplex, so there is some shared space outdoors I give my cell phone number to our guests in case they have any questions, concerns, or just want a good restaurant recommendation :) This trendy neighborhood is less than 0.5 miles from University Circle, 2 miles from The Cleveland Clinic and very close to other hospitals, downtown, Lake Erie or anywhere else you wanted to go in Cleveland Free parking is in the back, with enough room for three cars. Bring your bikes so you can bike to University Circle, Cleveland's art museums, Case Western Reserve University, the cultural gardens and the botanical gardens, and Severance Hall. There are enough parking spots in the back for 6 cars (3 for each side of the duplex). After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement to sign and there will be a security hold of $250.00 placed on your credit card. The security hold will be fully refunded if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
