Featuring 3 bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and the third with two full beds), 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and open floor plan. The upper level living room features a large natural gas brick fireplace and smart TV. The lower level family room also has a natural gas fireplace, a smart TV, a foosball table, game table for poker and/or board games (games provided). On the main upper level you will find an open concept kitchen and living room. The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. The cozy living room boasts a large brick natural gas fireplace and a Smart TV. Beautiful views of the wooded property can be seen from the living room and dining area or you can step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Down the hall from the kitchen/living room you will find a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two cozy bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and smart TV and the other bedroom features a queen bed. On the lower level, enjoy a spacious family room with a natural gas fireplace, a foosball table, smart TV, poker table, and various board games for endless hours of fun. This level features a third bedroom with two full beds and a sit to stand desk with a large monitor and keyboard. The lower level also includes a full bathroom with shower and laundry room. Outside you will find a wooded and peaceful lot with plenty of yard space to relax and play. The large deck in the front of the house off the living room features a propane grill and patio furniture and offers great views. In the backyard you will find a private firepit area with comfortable Adirondack chairs for six people. Our guests have access to the Michaywe Clubhouse which includes an indoor pool and hot tub (open Sept-May) and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day-Labor Day) and locker rooms and sauna. Michaywe also offers a restaurant at the clubhouse, boast a premier golf course, and multiple trails for walking and/or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and a storage closet.
