Thoughtfully decorated, it features 4 bathrooms for optimal comfort, along with a swim spa, a sauna, and a hydromassage bathtub for moments of absolute relaxation. Perfect for family getaways or trips with friends, the villa combines space, wellness, and a true sense of escape, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The space Living Space Villa Santa Maria offers a spacious living area with a lounge, a large wooden dining table with chairs, and a stunning bar, all opening 180° onto the outdoors through wide bay windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Krups bean-to-cup coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a ceramic hob, an electric plancha, all necessary tableware, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as an ironing board and iron. A relaxation and games area with a foosball table is also available. Sleeping Arrangements Villa Santa Maria offers 8 bedrooms, with 6 double beds and 4 single beds (convertible into doubles), along with 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs, ensuring optimal comfort for you and your loved ones. Outdoor Space Because Villa Santa Maria is just as much about the outdoors… Enjoy a huge private wooden terrace with no overlooking neighbors, featuring beautiful garden furniture, a lounge area with armchairs and sofas, hammocks, and a gas barbecue, all surrounded by lush greenery. Fun hasn't been forgotten either: a ping pong table awaits for games under the sun of Notre-Dame-de-Monts. Premium Amenities To make your stay even more unforgettable, Villa Santa Maria also offers a swim spa, a sauna, and a hydromassage bath. These private amenities are optional, priced at €100 for the duration of your stay. An aquabike is also provided. The Domaine Le Sherwood Experience Villa Santa Maria is located within the Domaine Le Sherwood, a private and secure estate nestled in nature. At reception, various leisure equipment is available: board games, pétanque, Mölkky, racquets, and paddles. The estate enjoys a prime location, close to local shops, the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu and Île de Noirmoutier, as well as Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM no later Guest access Villa Santa Maria is located in the heart of the Domaine Le Sherwood, a fully pedestrian estate that is closed off at night. The villa and its private garden are entirely at your disposal, with no overlooking neighbors. Other things to note Private parking, closed off at night. If you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, we offer early check-in and late check-out for €180 (subject to availability, by reservation). The private spa is optional, at a cost of €100 for the duration of your stay. Bed linens are provided. Bath towels are not provided. A towel kit can be rented for €7 per person. Bathrobes are also available to rent at €5 per person. Pets under 25kg and well-behaved are accepted for a fee of €15. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. You may also request cleaning during your stay for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance). If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and waterproof sheet), a high chair, and a baby bathtub. A security deposit of €1,500 will be requested upon arrival via credit card pre-authorization (the amount is not charged and is released at checkout).
