Each bedroom has fine hotel bedding and robes. Each bathroom has luxury lotion, soaps, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a private stocked laundry room for your use. The living room offers a custom state of the art home theatre system with 65" Sumsung television. Cozy up on the new Lovesac (tm) sectional sofa and entertain a movie night while using the Sonos/Savant audio control system. You can also relax to surround sound music while enjoying your favorite beverage at the living room bar and workspace. Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the chef designed kitchen. This newly constructed duplex (2023) duplicates the original historic facade (unit A) and bedroom layout of the home built in 1921. The original home was only 778 sq ft! The original vacation house was constructed using 4 housing "shacks" from the San Francisco 1909 earthquake. The shacks were brought by barge to coastal front areas for vacation use.
