The primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and large bathroom is located on the entry-level of the home. On this same level you will find the living room with a large flat-screen TV, and the kitchen which features all major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven, as well as beautiful views! There is a gas grill available at this home. The bottom level of the home sleeps 9 additional guests with 2 queen-size beds, 2 queen-size pull-out sofas, one futon, one full bathroom, and a large laundry room. Both levels have access to peaceful, covered decks overlooking the spacious backyard and water! With plenty of room for outside activities, the home is suited for groups of all sizes. Bring your bathing suit and toothbrush and be prepared to never want to leave! Please note this home has unlimited T-Mobile WiFi access but is equipped with Roku smart TV's. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and the neighborhood amenities.
