Heart of Yachats Condo, Park & walk to everything!

Welcome to Sunset Villa. Once you arrive you may park and walk to everything! The Villa has 2 bedrooms and two baths, one with a jett tub. Cape Perpetua is the highest viewpoint on the Oregon Coast and is located just 2 miles south. There are many hiking trails and lighthouses to explore. Located directly below the condo is a lovely wine bar which offers live music several day per week. The space Sunset Villa is a newly appointed, modern Condo located in the heart of the Yachats Village. Enjoy a birds eye view from our wall of windows in the living room and kitchen area. Pour a glass of wine, unwind and watch the sunsets. We have a fully furnished kitchen, newly appointed with all that you need for cooking gourmet meals. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to our balcony. A great place to reflect and people watch. Access to town is super easy, once you arrive you may park and walk to all of the local shops, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach access is just a 10 minute walk from the Condo. After a day of exploring, take a soak in the jett tub and then enjoy a good night rest in our comfortable queen size beds each with down comforters. You won't want to leave! Note: If you plan to have a party of 6 let us know in advance and we can provide two roll-a way beds. Sorry pets are not allowed. Guest access You will have access to the entire Condo but not the garage.
