This is a prestigious residence overlooking the most picturesque square in Modena and the gardens of the Muratorian museum. Thanks to the large spaces and double bathrooms, Loris' House can accommodate up to six people. You will also have access to the large common panoramic terrace on the roof of the building. You will have a free pass to park in the historic center for the duration of your stay. The space Loris' House is an elegant residence located on the third floor without an elevator that is right in front of the museum and the Muratorian gardens. A large entrance hall welcomes you, from which you will access the sumptuous living room of over 45 square meters with a unique and enchanting view of the square and the city's rooftops. In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room and on the large oval table you can enjoy your meals while contemplating the most picturesque square in the city. The house has two bathrooms, one for guests and one en suite belonging to the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. If you want, you can get a third double bed from the sofa in the living room. The authentic, restored and recovered parquet flooring and the ceilings almost 4 meters high, in addition to the breathtaking view, give this residence an unmistakable and nostalgic aura. You will have access to the large condominium panoramic terrace that enjoys a unique view of the Ghirlandina and the rooftops of the city. In the basement on the ground floor there are bicycles at your disposal. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of all spaces. The rooftop terrace of the building is shared with the other two residences in the building.
