(1) Tesla vehicle is included in the booking. We use satellite Wifi with the best connection available. Like many areas in the desert, there could be outages, including the power. If this happens please alert the ranch host so we can take the proper steps to have everything restored as soon as possible. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. Quiet hours are 8PM to 8AM. While the ranch is home to 10 private acres, sound does travel in the desert. Please respect these quiet hours, our neighbors and county rules. Noise complaints will not be tolerated. Guest assumes full responsibility for any fines or penalties issued by the county as a result of their actions or conduct during the stay. Road To The Ranch.
