Comfortable 2BR home in quiet, historic River Oaks, 3 miles from airport, cruise port, Las Olas & downtown, 4 miles to beach. Each bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV with streaming. Fully equipped kitchen, private fenced backyard, fast Wi-Fi, and parking for 2 cars. Great for couples, small families, or cruise travelers. No smoking or parties. Minimum age 25. The space null. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Thank you so much for considering my home! Once the booking is accepted can you please confirm and provide the following: -Estimated time of Arrival and Departure -The full names of each guest and upload each guest's ID to the platform so we can register them. -Please be aware that every guest staying at the home must be over the age of 25 unless they are being accompanied by a parent. -Animals are subject to approval and an additional pet fee please confirm the type animal and breed prior to booking so I can register them. Any unregistered animals will be subjected to a $750 non compliance fee and possible cancellation of reservation with no refund. -If you are bringing a service animal please notify me at the time of booking so I can register them.
