Villa al Castello is a high-end luxury villa, recently renovated to a modern standard. It accommodates up to 12 people and features a beautiful lakeside terrace and 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Located in the old fishing village of Rezzonico, it offers unobstructed lake and panoramic views from every window. It is in a truly tranquil location and is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Please note that the price depends on the number of guests. The space The large living area is located next to the entrance, with muted colors highlighting the breathtaking views that can be admired from every window. A smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bose sound system complete the living room amenities. The dining area offers seating for everyone, both indoors and outdoors on the large terrace. The terrace offers breathtaking views from the northern edge of Lake Como to the central lake area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own Italian meals or, if desired, enjoy the services of a private chef! The footpath below the terrace is used by a neighbor as access to the house. The private garden features a private pool (open from April to September, weather permitting) and an outdoor shower for refreshing dips. There are four bedrooms in total, plus the loft, which offers the ideal space for children: NOBILTA, the only bedroom on the ground floor, has two single beds and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This is a good option for guests who don't want to climb stairs. The stairs lead up to the other three bedrooms: CIELO, the first bedroom on the second floor, has a special aura, with a wood-beamed ceiling, traditional furnishings, lake views, and an en-suite bathroom at the rear with a large walk-in shower. DESIDEREIO, the second bedroom on the second floor with windows on three sides, is very light and airy and features a four-poster bed, creating a romantic atmosphere. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and lake views. MONTAGNA, the third bedroom on the second floor, overlooks the mountains and the garden of Rezzonico Castle. It features a double bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This floor also features a lovely balcony with lake views, overlooking the castle garden and the small alley that leads to the village. Enjoy a glass of wine here in the late afternoon sun. There's also a baby cot that can be set up in any of the three bedrooms on the second floor. Stepping up to the attic, you'll be overwhelmed by the amazing original features that have been preserved and lovingly brought to life during the renovation: original wooden floors and beams, small windows with stunning views, a sleeping area, and a play area provide the perfect place for children to play, entertain, and relax. There are four full-size single beds and one smaller, slightly shorter bed for the youngest! There's also a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink for the children. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the villa - however, the price depends on the number of guests arriving. Other things to note Villa al Castello is a luxury villa with stunning views over the lake. The view from the north of the central lake is breathtaking and will remain in your Lake Como memories forever! Our guests reach the quiet beach of Rezzonico via a footpath and stairs of approx. 100m. Rezzonico is one of the most characteristic villages of Lake Como, an ancient fishing village that extends to the shores of the lake. Since the main road leads through a tunnel behind the village, the village is in absolute peace. There are numerous free public parking spaces available to our guests along the street. From Castello Rezzonico the paved footpath leads to the house in about 100 meters. In the village there is a small grocery store and several restaurants. The lively town of Menaggio with all tourist amenities is just a 10-minute drive away. We are happy to organize a private transfer service, a chef or a babysitter for our guests.
