Welcome to our beautiful Western Family Owned Ranch in Tempe, located a stone's throw away from the Suns arena. You're home away from home. Perfect for a family getaway, a friends trip, or business travelers seeking a comfortable stay. Enjoy the Arizona sun poolside and a cozy fire pit at night perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. The home is just a short drive from the airport, ASU, and great local attractions, making our home the perfect base for your next trip to Tempe. The space As you enter, you'll be greeted by a modern western aesthetic that exudes charm and comfort. The living room features plush leather sofas and armchairs, a stone indoor fireplace, and decorative cowhide rug that adds a touch of cowboy chic to the space. The room is bathed in natural light, and large windows offer stunning views of the backyard and pool. • 4 spacious bedrooms and up to 7 beds: 3 queens, 2 double beds, with 1 air mattress and additional mattress available. • MASSIVE yard split into 2 sections. The right section with sparkling deep soaking pool that can be heated for an additional charge, loungers, and floats, surrounded by a fence for safety. The left section features a 6 chair fire pit, and outdoor couch for lounging with friends and family. • 3 Full Bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom for the master, 1 shared bathroom between two of the bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom. • Nearby shopping and hiking. • High speed WiFi - 150 Mbps • Towels (bath & pool) provided KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen features wooden cabinetry, a Keurig supplied with coffee pods of course, stainless steel appliances, and a rustic dining table that seats six. Whip up a delicious meal for your group and enjoy it in the cozy dining area, or take your plates outside to the poolside table or even around the fire. BEDROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms total. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and western-inspired decor. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. And the fourth bedroom features 2 double beds. We also have a queen sized air mattress available for additional guests. THE BACKYARD: Step outside to the backyard and prepare to be wowed by the amazing pool, complete with colorful floats and plenty of seating for soaking up the sun. When the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and relaxation, with games like Jenga, Party Game, cards, and outdoor bucket pong for a fun night with friends. THE POOL: The pool can be heated for an additional daily rate that must be the duration of your entire stay. Our home is located in a prime location just minutes from the Phoenix Suns arena and a short drive from ASU, the airport, and other local attractions. *Upon booking we require a photo of your ID and names of all guests staying in the home. Guest access Guests have access to entire single family home including private pool and driveway & garage with four spaces for vehicles. Other things to note - No pets or smoking allowed. If a cigarette or marijuana smell is found or any pet hair, there will be an additinoal charge. - No parties allowed or any loud events. Please respect the neighborhood quiet times observed from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
