It is situated in a secure gated estate with private parking. This listing is for 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The other 4 rooms share 2 bathrooms. The ground floor rooms' sliding doors open onto the large garden. The fully equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space, gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery & crockery you’ll need. An entertainment area with built-in braai/BBQ and a large garden gives you the opportunity to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day. Otherwise flop down on the couch in the lounge and watch TV. The house can be rented as two separate listings, one being a section of the main house that includes Room 1, 2 & 5 (sleeping 5 people) and another section referred to as the Cottage that includes Room 3 & 4 only (sleeping 3 people).
