These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. Guest access Once parked, you'll have a code to the communal door under the "Guest Rooms" sign. To the right will be your unit which you'll be able to access with a unique code we'll provide before check-in. You won't have access to any other units or the main house/front porch, but you will have access to the communal covered porch, backyard, firepit, and area across the street by the river. Please respect our other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit. Other things to note FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property. We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe. Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. This home has 5 units and is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. Note: You have to be at least 25 years old to book. Please note that during the winter season, parking restrictions may apply to ensure snow removal and safety.
