Let Fido get the zoomies out in the fenced-in yard or take her out on Heritage Trail, just steps away. Or just relax in the zen backyard, including a hot tub, fire pit and grill. Only 1 hour drive to Manhattan. This home is ideal for enjoying quality time with loved ones. The full kitchen opens up to the dining room with seating for eight, and living room where you can snuggle up on movie night. Use the brand new smart TV to login to your own streaming service, or catch your favorite show on one of the hundreds of channels provided. Downstairs you will also have a full bathroom with tub, and a cozy bedroom with one queen and one twin bed. The second floor has 2 sleeping spaces, a full bathroom, and a work space. One bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin day-bed with a twin trundle for kids. The rest of the upstairs is an open space with two full-size beds, plus a small pull-out couch, and a desk is located in front of the window with a nice view of the backyard. You'll find lots of books and kids' toys here as well. Upstairs you also have a full bathroom with a soothing claw-foot tub/shower. The backyard is fully fenced in, so feel free to bring the dogs along. We also have a lovely deck for lounging outside. There is plenty of parking and we provide free, unlimited electric car charging on our Blink level 2 charger. Trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within a 5 minute walk, and Legoland is less than 2 miles down the road! You will have the entire place to yourselves: house, yard, and driveway! We live close by and are available in case you need anything! Bordered by a park, Heritage Trail is just steps away. Within a few minutes walk you'll find Trailside Treats Creamery plus trendy eateries like Craft 47 and delicious restaurants like Angelita's Mexican Kitchen, Delancey’s, and Howell's, Sunflower Cafe. Legoland is only a couple miles away, and Goshen Historic Track is close too. Other great attractions are also within driving distance, such as The Castle Fun Center (4 miles), Brotherhood Winery-oldest winery in the US! (10 miles), Woodbury Commons Outlets (13 miles), Warwick Drive-in Theater (14 miles), The New York Renaissance Faire (15 miles), Angry Orchard (15 miles), Harriman State Park (17 miles), Bear Mountain State Park with zoo & ice skating rink (23 miles). West Point is a half hour away, as are many cute Hudson Valley towns with breweries, wineries, hiking, biking, and unlimited other activities. Please ask us if you need help picking something to do! Drive, walk or bike into town. Stewart Airport is 16 miles away. NYC is accessible by bus/train or Uber. We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking. We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
