This home was designed with comfort in mind: you'll love the radiant heat floors, open floor-plan, and modern kitchen. Let Fido get the zoomies out in the fenced-in yard or take her out on Heritage Trail, just steps away. Or just relax in the zen backyard, including a hot tub, fire pit and grill. Only 1 hour drive to Manhattan. The space This home is ideal for enjoying quality time with loved ones. The full kitchen opens up to the dining room with seating for eight, and living room where you can snuggle up on movie night. Use the brand new smart TV to login to your own streaming service, or catch your favorite show on one of the hundreds of channels provided. Downstairs you will also have a full bathroom with tub, and a cozy bedroom with one queen and one twin bed. The second floor has 2 sleeping spaces, a full bathroom, and a work space. One bedroom has a king size bed plus a twin day-bed with a twin trundle for kids. The rest of the upstairs is an open space with two full-size beds, plus a small pull-out couch, and a desk is located in front of the window with a nice view of the backyard. (Please note that this bedroom does not have a door, but is separated from the other bedroom by the staircase. Sound does travel between the 2 rooms.) You'll find lots of books and kids' toys upstairs as well, along with a full bathroom with a soothing claw-foot tub/shower. The backyard is fully fenced in, so feel free to bring the dogs along. We also have a lovely deck for lounging outside, and a hot tub in the backyard. There is plenty of parking and we provide free, unlimited electric car charging on our Blink level 2 charger. Trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within a 5 minute walk, and Legoland is less than 2 miles down the road! Guest access You will have the entire place to yourselves: house, yard, and driveway! Other things to note - We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking. - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
