Accommodations: On the upper level overlooking the ocean, there is a large screened porch with a hammock and outdoor dining as well as a deck complete with lounge chairs. Inside you will find a master bedroom (with king bed) and bath with spectacular ocean views, a second bedroom (with queen bed) and its own bathroom, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. On the garden level, there is another large living room complete with TV, DVD, and VCR, 3 day beds (plus a trundle), and a half bath. Two additional bedrooms (with king beds) share a newly renovated bathroom on the garden level. Each garden level bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to a very private patio with views of the dunes leading to the ocean. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities. Also included with your rental are up to 12 guest cards, with a value of up to $600. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. The local property manager will send you information on how to contact them if you need assistance prior to or during your stay. They will also send you arrival instructions, which will include how to access the property. If required, the property manager will send a rental agreement that should be signed and returned.
