Close to several local areas with great restaurants and shopping. The space This 1949 brick home has a main floor with three bedrooms, bath, kitchen and dining area. Downstairs in the finished basement is the den with tv, extra bathroom and laundry area. Guest access Guests can access all of the space. There is an extra bedroom that is not currently finished (needs an access window) that is used for storage. Other things to note This house is ecofriendly and a good night's sleep is important to us! The beds are natural latex and organic cotton, the cleaning products are natural, the paint is zero VOC or low VOC, the floor was done in water-based poly. Further, the house had dirty electricity mitigated, and the Wifi can be turned off. The internet can be accessed through ethernet cables or Wifi. This allows WiFi sensitive people to access the internet. It also allows people to turn the Wifi off at night even just to see if you sleep better! This home is not best suited for really active young children who roughhouse.
