The house is newly renovated with high quality furniture, upholstery and mattresses with Zen bamboo bedding. You’ll fall in love with one-of-a-kind furniture from local artists, beachy décor, and the inviting layout the house carries, inside out. Coffee lovers are covered with a machine that brews both K-cups and a full pot. * SMART TVs* Kick back and stream your favorites on Smart TVs throughout the house—one in the living room, one in the king bedroom, one in the queen bedroom, and two in the pool table room. Plenty of screens so everyone can watch what they want, when they want. *OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES* Swim in the sparkling heated pool( Heated Dec-April; May-November Can be heated on request for a $50 nightly fee the entire stay and five day prior notice) Pool table ;Air hockey; Dart Board; Foosball table Beach chairs, beach wagon are available. Heated Pool 🏊‍♂️ : Please note the heated pool temperature is heavily influenced by outdoor conditions. Pool heaters operate most efficiently when temperatures are above 60F. During colder weather or occasional cold fronts; the pool may not be able to reach or maintain the desired temperature and may not be suitable for all preferences. A pool heater functions differently than a jacuzzi.
