Maison Saint-Blaise, ideally located in the heart of the most desirable part of the Dordogne, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and authentic charm. The space Downstairs, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace and the heated pool, while the spacious living room overlooks the front garden with fruit trees and the jeu-de-boules court. The ground floor features three bedrooms with new beds and en-suite bathrooms with garden views: one with a bathtub and the others with a shower. The upper floor is fully independent, with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a complete kitchen, and a large living room. You'll find two smart TVs and a variety of games to entertain everyone. Enjoy a game of darts or table tennis in the covered barn or relax in the hammock in a quieter part of the large garden. All spaces, the garden, and the pool are exclusive to you – no sharing with other guests. Our house accommodates up to 10 guests, but for larger groups, we offer 2 extra beds, allowing up to 12 guests to enjoy this beautiful paradise. Relax in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, from a dishwasher and washing machine to an oven and Nespresso machine. The living room features a comfortable seating area, smart TV, and a large dining table for cozy meals. Take a dip in the heated pool or rinse off in the sun-warmed outdoor shower – perfect for children to splash around. The pool has an automatic safety cover that meets European standards. Our holiday home blends modern and rustic styles with natural materials like wood and stone, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to enjoy both inside and out. The périgourdine style adds a unique touch that will captivate every guest. Guest access You have access to both floors, the barn with table tennis and darts and the garden. The pool is open from early April until End of October. The entire domain is exclusively for our guests. Other things to note You should know: - The two floors are only connected via an external staircase. - A car is needed - Close to the departmental road means you will hear car traffic.
