Our idyllic thatched cottage on an organic farm combines rural charm with modern comfort. Unwind in the wood-fired barrel sauna, enjoy meals at a large table for up to 20 guests, and sleep soundly in soft organic cotton under extra-large duvets. Children can explore the farm, while the on-site shop offers organic steak, cheese, and more for relaxed evenings. A peaceful getaway where nature, simplicity, and comfort come together. The space Dogs (maximum 2) are very welcome! Please note that they are only allowed on the ground floor and not on the beds. The upper floor is carpeted and remains a pet-free zone. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire holiday home. Check-in is flexible and contactless, with easy access via a key box. Two separate entrances lead directly into the house. The house comes with a spacious garden and four private parking spaces on the property. You’re welcome to explore the entire organic farm: stroll through the gardens, across the cow pastures, and all the way to the milking station – and feel free to ask questions anytime! Other things to note FARM TOUR Feel free to explore the farm and visit our gardens and cows. Every day around 3:30 p.m., the cows are brought in from the pastures – if you’d like, you’re welcome to help out between March and October! The cowshed is located about 400–500 meters away at the edge of the village, on Raadenerweg (just follow the signs). Afterwards, you can watch the milking process – a truly unique experience! If you're interested and the timing works for us, we’d be happy to give you a small farm tour. Please send us a message in advance to arrange it. SAUNA Our sauna is wood-fired. You’ll need to start heating it about 1 to 1.5 hours in advance and add wood regularly. Depending on how long it’s heated, it can reach up to 70 °C or more. Please make sure to close the door quickly to retain the heat. To cool off, you’re welcome to use the garden hose or the outdoor tub. Please note that we assume no liability for the use of the sauna. Always use it together with at least one other person. SHOPPING Our organic farm shop is open every day of the year from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – almost like a full supermarket. Our own products include fresh milk, yogurt, cream cheese, hard cheese, and a wide range of beef specialties. We also offer more than 300 selected organic items. Bread, fruits, and vegetables are not (yet) part of the assortment.
