Luxury lake house with must see view

You'll see the lake as soon as you pull into the drive, the view is simply breathtaking. You will need at least one 5-star review from a previous host to book this home. With a large driveway and additional large parking pad complete with electrical outlets for electric cars there is plenty of parking so bring your boat/jet skis. Don't have a boat? There are 4 nearby marinas that offer boat rentals, dining, and activities. The closest is only 3 minutes away! The space We are excited to share this beautiful view, and home with you! You must have a least one 5-star review from a previous host to book our home. This is a completely smoke free listing. No smoking or vaping inside or outside. If anyone coming with you is a smoker, please don't book our home. You will walk in the front door to the main living room with vaulted ceilings and views of the lake at every turn. A 70" Smart TV and lounging area is combined with a one of a kind dining table that seats 8. Walk through any of the sliding doors to the main deck for the complete lake view. All 3 levels of the deck were completely rebuilt in 2024. The main deck offers a gas grill, lounge chairs, gas fire pit, and large dining table that seats 8. The lower deck offers a brand new hot tub that seats 6. The kitchen is stocked, so you can bring food to cook if you want to eat in. There are 2 dining tables to seat 12 plus 2 stools at the kitchen bar. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king size bed, private deck with two gliders, a full bath, walk-in closet, TV and sitting area. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a wonderful lake view along with a bonus sitting room that can be used as an additional sleeping area. Use caution on the stairs. They are narrow. Please use the handrails. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. One offers a queen bed and the other a twin bed. Both bedrooms are close to the main bathroom. The lower levels offers a bedroom with a king bed which walks out to the lower deck with the hot tub. This room also offers a single sleeper loveseat. There is a living room downstairs with a comfortable pullout sofa (it has memory foam cushions), 70" Smart TV with Apple TV, and doors which also lead to the hot tub & deck with a wonderful view. Rainy day? There is still a lot of fun to be had here. The hot tub is covered by the deck above. There is a ping pong table & dart board in the garage and a workout area. There are board games and card games. All the TVs are smart TVs for your streaming pleasure. :) There are descriptions with the photos to give you a better idea of the layout. Please read all of the house rules before requesting to book. We do require at least one 5 star review from a previous stay with Airbnb or VRBO. We do not allow parties, smoking (anywhere on the property), or pets. A one page rental waiver will be emailed to the person that books the reservation after the reservation request has been confirmed. The person that makes the reservation is responsible for making sure that everyone abides by the house rules and respects our home during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, stocked kitchen, driveway, garage, deck, hot tub, grill, ping pong table, corn hole game. in order to not hinder the amazing view of the lake, we opt to not to have screens on the sliding glass door to the deck. Since we are at the lake and the doors to get opened often to access the deck (fire pit, grill, and hot hub) you will probably encounter the occasional fly, lady bug and maybe even stink bug. It just happens. Other things to note *There is a very steep drop off behind the property. The stairs to the lake were damaged by a fallen tree and are not safe to use. Please do not try to access them. We are 5 minutes or less to 3 of the many marinas on the lake. *There is white carpet in most of the rooms (sorry it came with the house), some white furniture, and white bedding. Red and brown liquids stain and require professional cleaning to remove. Guests will be billed if additional/professional cleaning is required to removed stains. Our cleaners take photos before and after each guest. *Please leave your shoes at the front door. There is a bench under the chalk board to sit down and remove your shoes (shown in the photos section).
