This stylish terrace is perfectly situated for easy access into Manchester & Liverpool and also provides a cosy base to come home, kick your feet up and relax! A trendy high street in Newton-le-Willows is within walking distance & Earlestown train station less than a minute’s walk. There is also free on street parking on the road. Earlier check-in is usually available upon request :) The space Through the front door is a small vestibule, perfect for kicking your shoes off and hanging up your coats. Next you’ll be met by our favourite room, the living room! A cosy 3 seater sofa bed and stylish armchair provides plenty of space for all the guests to relax and watch the smart TV or listen to your favourite music on the Alexa. The sofa is a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people on if required. If you require the sofa bed and have less than 4 guests, please request this upon booking at an additional cost. In the kitchen there’s an Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge & freezer and a huge island if you’re into your cooking! Up the stairs is the master room to your right, this spacious room has a large king size bed, dressing table, built in Wardrobe’s and smart TV recessed into the chimney breast. The back bedroom is a double, with a smaller dressing table. Then there’s the trendy bathroom, a good sized bath & shower combo with a large mirror and vanity unit opposite. The back garden is low maintenance and has a set of table and chairs if you want to soak up the sun, with the option to pop the table umbrella up and enjoy dinner outside in the shade Guest access Guests have full access the the entire property Other things to note The cupboard in the bathroom and green cupboard in the master bedroom is magnetically locked for the cleaners access only. There is another 4 door wardrobe in the master bedroom for you guys to hang all your clothes :) Please note, that use of the sofa bed/bedding will be an additional £40 per night/per guest
