Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy splashing and playing in the lake from your backyard!! This cottage under new ownership has been renovated and offers 2 new queen beds & full pull-out couch. The large deck directly overlooks Beach/Long Pond (fully recreational). Bring your own water toys!! State boat launch is directly across the lake from the house! We have a dock on property you can use during your stay . Easy access to restaurants, Casinos and Buttonwoods The space Our property offers 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. There is also a full pull-out couch in the living room that overlooks the lake. We have a smart tv in the living room so bring your Roku or simply sign into the apps. Internet service provided. There is a full kitchen with electric stove top and microwave. No oven. Everything you will need to cook and make your own meals. There is a new dishwasher, but we ask you to clean dishes as you go and fill dishwasher only once before you leave. We will run the dishwasher with all dishes after. Thank you for your cooperation! The one bathroom offers a full shower but no tub. Guest access You will have access to the whole house but will spend all your time outside on the huge deck overlooking the fully recreational lake. You will be able to jump right into the lake from your backyard, cook smore's in the firepit or kayak or paddleboat your way around the 372 acres of the lake! If you have your own water toys, bring them with because the state boat launch is directly across from the house for easy access. Other things to note 25 min from mystic seaport, mystic aquarium, plenty places to hike. Close to both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos.
