We hope you enjoy! THE SPACE The backyard oasis and movie theater are the highlights of this Temecula area retreat. We used to live in this home and made a lot of memories there. This home accommodates up to 10 guests and the perfect location for your visit to Wine Country. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with queen bed plus bunk beds (recently added and not in pictures) with an attached private 3/4 bath. Upstairs, you'll find a large King primary bedroom suite and 3 more bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with new paint and flooring throughout. There is a 60" smart TV in the family room, as well as smaller TV's in 2 other bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set, with seating for 8 and a bbq gas grill. There are several games included in the closet and books and toys for the little ones. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. The garage is used for storage and is not available for guests unless arrangements are made prior. Part of the garage could possibly be made available if needed. We just live a mile away. If you need anything at all, just text us and we will respond quickly. We also respect your privacy and will not be dropping by unless you need something. This home is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. It's about a mile to the nearest shopping center and close to wine country, golf, and more. Need a vehicle during your stay? We offer an option to rent a Honda Odyssey Minivan with seating for 7. Airport pickup and dropoff are available for an additional fee comparable to rideshare prices. Or, have the vehicle ready at the home when you arrive. To inquire, message the host for details and pricing. Subject to availability as the vehicle is shared between 2 properties. There is a long driveway with parking for 6 cars. For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller. An airbed can also be provided. Please give some notice as these items are shared over two different properties and we need to make sure they're available. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and all outside lighting will turn off at 10pm. Please no parties as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Noise violations and parties will result in the guest being asked to leave the property without refund as well as a substantial fine. The spa can be heated at no cost for 3 hours a day. It's operated remotely by the owner so just send a message with at least 4 hours notice with the timeframe you'd like the spa heated. The spa can be heated longer for an additional fee. The pool stays pretty warm during the summer but can be heated with 24 hours notice for $100/day. During the summer, the pool can reach temps naturally in the high 80's. There is a road behind the home but not a main road and you do get the occasional loud vehicle that may bother sensitive sleepers. We do have a security camera our front and another out back as well as a noise monitor which is required by the county to alert us of loud parties. They are not monitored and are only there for safety purposes in the event of an accident or violation. The TV's have Roku streaming so you'll need to login to your favorite apps since there is no local cable. Any other requests, just ask.
