Other things to note Amenities & Guest Info At Lucky 8 Camp, we want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible. To help with that, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, Keurig coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, lotion, and more—on us! While we do our best to get you off to a great start, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the initial stock. Security & Privacy Your safety and peace of mind are a top priority. We have two exterior cameras—positioned only at entry points for security. There are no interior or hidden cameras anywhere in the home. The King and Queen bedrooms feature locking doors for added privacy. Two storage closets in the basement are locked for owner use only. Fireplace Use We do not provide firewood. If you choose to use the wood-burning fireplace, please ensure the flue is open and never leave a fire unattended. Do not dispose of ashes in any indoor or outdoor trash bins. Our cleaning team will safely remove any spent embers after your stay. Outdoor Adventure We offer 4 kayaks and a variety of life jackets for guests to enjoy! River access is just a short stroll—three doors down from the house. Liability Waiver By booking your stay, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with swimming, kayaking, and hiking. These activities are undertaken at your own risk. You agree to take full responsibility for your safety and that of your group. This includes understanding that these activities can be dangerous, especially for children, individuals with health conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
