All one level with handicap accessible ramp to kitchen door and self check in. Hiking, cross-country ski & snow mobile trails are practically at your doorstep (trails are a 2 min ride away). Fishing & many outdoor recreational options. Kayaks, Gazebo /net, Barbecue grill & Fire Pit for guest use in Summer. The space Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area, radiant floor (underfloor) heat throughout. Spacious rooms, comfy beds with bed linen provided and hotel quality towels. There are two patios including a large southwest facing one with a view of the lake and mountain and a smaller deck by the kitchen. Master bedroom with walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with tub and adjoining bedroom for young children. All on one level for easy access with large front loading washer & dryer on same level. Travel crib & high chair available for families with young children. Sorry, NO PETS allowed! Guest access Entire unit on 1st floor - all one level. Guest entry is through ramp access to kitchen entrance via key code. Indoor/ attached garage if needed (opens from the inside). Loft is off limits. Host Apartment (in walk out basement downstairs) is not part of the listing (separate entry, no shared space or facilities). Please NOTE: Host /Owner may or may not be home/ in residence during your stay. When home, this is not a problem, as entirely out of your way. Other things to note Self check in available via door code. Host lives on site in basement Apt when home (very often away), separate entry door, no space or facilities shared except for driveway and if needed, garage.
