Seabrook's Heyday House: Dog Friendly!

Heyday House is a light and bright beach cottage located in the picturesque South Farm, professionally decorated by Seabrook's own SeaWorthy Home! The space Your mornings will start off right sipping your cup of coffee on the grand south facing front porch in one of the rocking chairs under the infrared porch heaters. Take a stroll with your pup and kids past the barn and enjoy running around Horseshoe Park. Spend your day strolling through town taking multiple paths through the charming town on the way down to the beach. A collection of beach toys, beach towels, and 6 backpack chairs are provided. At Heyday House, we have taken care to provide every comfort you might need. In the open kitchen you will enjoy socializing at the kitchen bar while the cooks appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, including a farmhouse sink large enough for the stockpot you can use for your big seafood feast. Take time out lounging in the living room by the gas fireplace watching TV on the large flat screen, including a DVD collection, premium cable package and unlimited internet for streaming apps. Outside, fire up the propane BBQ on the back porch and gather outside at the backyard picnic table. At sunset, roast s'mores at the new Sunrise Park fire pit situated right off the front porch. Pet Friendly: Dogs love Seabrook and we love your dog! This pet friendly home provides dog bowls, an XL memory foam dog bed (fresh dog sheet provided by Cottage Rentals) and an outdoor hot/cold bib for washing off sandy paws located in the fully fenced backyard. Kid Friendly: Having children ourselves we added kid friendly DVDs, books, games and puzzles to keep the little ones busy hopefully off their screens. The walk-in shed stores a collection of beach toys, outdoor games and bikes. And the backyard area is fully fenced to keep little ones and pets from wandering off. Seabrook's community heated indoor pool and hot tub are a five minute walk. Home Interior: The oversized washer and dryer and located upstairs by the bedrooms. The bedrooms are all on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a TV, DVD Player and Cable. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a TV and DVD Player and the third bedroom has 2 bunks with 4 XL twins. Heyday House comfortably sleeps 8 guests; great for a large family or two families with 4 kids. For a larger group or for more privacy within your group, please consider renting another home on Sunrise Park. Other things to note All Seabrook Hospitality guests are welcome to check out complementary equipment from The Dugout at the Sunrise Pool. Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Items available for check out include, Badminton rackets, Bocce ball, Cornhole, Soccer balls, Horseshoes, Big Jenga and so much more. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in. Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the parking lot on Parkview Lane.
