The space The living room has a sofa, ceiling fan and TV. The kitchen is American, consisting of a refrigerator, 4-burner stove and 2 ovens, microwave and kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, glasses and pots, among others. The bathroom has a gas heater, a blindex shower stall, and a washing machine. The bedroom has 1 double box bed with headboard, 2 bedside tables, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, curtain and closets. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Check-in 2:00 p.m. Check out 12:00 p.m. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT WITHOUT WAITING FOR THE HOST TO PICK UP THE KEYS. By completing the reservation, the guest declares to be in agreement with the House Rules - Additional Rules for renting the property. Additional Rules: 1) No reservation will be accepted for third parties. 2) The building in which the apartment is located is residential. The guest must respect the Law of Silence (after 10 p.m.). Therefore, noise that bothers the neighbors is prohibited. 3) The guest, upon check-in, must provide his full name, identity document of all persons who will be staying in the apartment during the contract period. 4) The total number of guests indicated on the reservation must be the same as those who will check in. 5) The maximum guest capacity allowed in the apartment is 2 people, as indicated in the listing. This will be the maximum number of people who can check in. 6) People who are not on the provided list of people who will be staying in the apartment will not be allowed to enter the building. By not complying with this rule, the guest will be subject to cancellation of the reservation, without reimbursement. 7) Self-check-in is not allowed. Therefore, it is necessary to make a prior consultation regarding flexibility in relation to Check-in and Check-out times. The building does not allow keys to be left at the front desk, so I need to be present at the entrance and exit of the guests. 8) The building does not have parking; we recommend a parking lot near the building. 9) If you are going to the beach, bring your own towels, do not remove the towels from the apartment to take with you. Do not use products that could damage/stain them. If there is damage, an additional fee will be charged. 10) The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils for preparing meals, but it will be the guest's responsibility to purchase/supply spices, groceries and food and whatever else is needed for their stay. 10.1) Use only silicone utensils to stir Teflon pans. 10.2) Do not cut food inside the pots/pans. 11) It will be the guest's responsibility to bring personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, etc.) 13) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and building corridors. 14) Do not sit on the sofa/bed when wet. If there are stains, an additional fee will be charged. 15) Do not stain the bed linens.
