Multiple leather sofas & recliner, floor to ceiling windows, mounted flat screen, fireplace, lots of floor space Kitchen: Open concept, solid wood dining table, stainless steel appliances, original hardwood floors, beautiful cabinetry, Bedrooms *Queen with TV (bathroom across the hall) * Queen with TV, en suite bathroom * Queen with TV, en suite bathroom *Queen Muphy Bed *Back door: walks out to back patio with seating and firepit. Leads to hot tub area. * Outdoor spaces: Big fenced yard for pets, hot tub area is separate from the fenced yard. Guest access You will have access to the entire first floor condo, back patio, and yard/hot tub area. Other things to note Pets welcome with a $60 one time pet fee. Pet blankets & towels are provided. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by anyone in their group, including pets, during their stay. Smoking outside only. BBQ & Propane, Linens, towels (pet specific and guest towels available), paper products, soaps (including laundry detergent), cooking and bakeware, seasonings, oils, coffee, & lots of other basic items are fully stocked at all times.
