It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. The space Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. One Bedroom with King Bed, and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for streaming only (sorry no cable.) This condo is 850 square feet. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
