Kick back in the stylish living room, cook it up or order in, then hit the town or stream all night. With three comfy bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and free parking, this stay’s got you covered. Walk to it all. Stay in style. Book it before someone else does. The space You'll go up approximately 7 stairs (with handrail) to the front porch and enter the front door. The living room welcomes you with comfortable sofa and smart TV. To your right, you'll find the formal living room, which circles around to the chef's kitchen with lots of counter space and stock for cooking, making coffee or tea, and a full size fridge with attached freezer. Coffee provided. Off the kitchen, towards the back door, there is a half bath with loo and walk-in shower. Circle back to the living room, and you'll find the first-floor bedroom door just behind the sofa. From the living room, you can also access the stairs to go up a set of stairs to 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with full tub insert and shower. There is a baby gate at the bottom of these stairs. On the main level, between the kitchen and dining room, you'll find a door that leads to the basement which is where the laundry set is set up. Laundry detergent is provided. Outside, guests may park on the street, in the driveway or make use of the garage. The garage opener is in the kitchen by the coffee maker. Please do not turn off any light switches in the garage. We do have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and back, for safety and security. These cameras do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring door bell at the front door and faces the street. The back camera is on the garage facing the outdoor dining table and alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. Should you need anything during your stay, the property management team is local and, typically, available to deliver within 24 hours. Air conditioning is a seasonal amenity. Please inquire if you need to confirm that there will be A/C during your stay. We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay. Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guest access Guests may use the home, front and back yards, patio furniture, charcoal bbq, street parking, driveway parking and one garage. The yard is not fenced, and we do not allow pets here. There are 2 locked rooms in the basement which are for owner's storage and cleaning. These two rooms are not for guest use. Other things to note While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover. For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay. After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance. Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours. For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening. If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest.
