Newly Built in 2022, The Hope House of Waynesville As you enter the Hope House you walk through the 4th bedroom/ office space. The stairwell leads you up to the main floor where you will enter into the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining room where you will find it tastefully decorated with mountain inspiration. The living room features a 70" ROKU big screen tv, HD cable, that plays HBO, Netflix and Pandora. Unwind in the living area with plenty of seating for everyone. Down the hall way you will find the first 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, alongside the washer and dryer room. The bathroom in the owners room is covered in marble with a large shower-head, river rock shower floor, for a tranquil setting that will have you feeling refreshed and energized. Each room in this house has been tastefully decorated and made to feel peaceful, relaxing and stylish. Central heating and a/c, along with high speed internet. Linens and bath toiletries are complementary. A house for a family or two to really enjoy and made to feel at home. We provide a welcome basket that gets you started for the first few days you are here. The Garage has been outfitted with a brand new mountain style pool table & ping pong table . There is room in the garage for 1-2 motorcycles. PARKING: 2 car max Guest access Whole house, minus the closet in the 4th room. That closet will be locked for the owners Other things to note We do provide propane for the bbq grill and the firepit. However it's hard to keep up with if guest have used it up, so we leave swapping tanks out for the guest; if you should have to swap out there's a gas station 2 minutes from the house ( Exxon) that you can swap at and just send us a receipt and we will get you reimbursed; this has been easiest for the guest and our housekeeper in the past.
