The space Our spacious home features a delightful kitchen equipped with modern amenities, perfect for socializing and enjoying delicious meals in the large dining area. Afterward, unwind in the cozy sitting room, complete with a TV offering both Netflix and Freeview for entertainment. Guest access The whole cottage is yours plus a sunny garden and plenty of off-road parking . Other things to note We have a new boiler (installed in Nov 2023). The heat is controlled with a thermostat in the lounge for the sitting area and upstairs. The kitchen floor has its own thermostat by the staircase. You are welcome to use the heat control but please turn it down to 5 degrees on both, controls as you leave. The property is equipped with hard wired smoke and carbon monoxide fire warning system.
