The main living area features a comfortable West Elm modular sectional, which converts to a queen-sized bed. A second den offers a cozy spot with a Luonto Erika king sleeper sofa, a fun Dolly marquee, and a vintage gumball machine. For work or getting ready, a vintage apothecary desk and a custom live edge local cedar slab provide flexible space. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10): Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom and a private screened porch. Second Bedroom: King bed. Third Bedroom: Queen bed. Den: King sleeper sofa. Living Room: Queen pull-out sectional sofa. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Combo drip-pot & K-Cup coffee maker (with a sample of coffee, tea, and creamers). Toaster oven/airfryer. Nutribullet. Electric kettle. Family-Friendly Amenities: Stroller and car seat. Pack-n-play with a slumber pod (fits in the primary closet). High chair and kids' dining ware. Comfort & Entertainment: Smart TV in every room. Blackout shades and a fan in every room. Alexa music device in every room. YouTube TV and access to other streaming apps. Board games and a variety of books. Other Details to Note: Accessibility: This is a single-level home; however, there are 5-6 steps required to access the front door. A few steps are also necessary to access the Primary Suite and rear screened porch. A step between rooms is marked with a glow-in-the-dark strip for safety. A baby gate can be provided upon request. Family-Friendly vs. Child-Proofed: While we offer many family amenities, the home is not fully child-proofed. We ask that you supervise children around breakables and furnishings. All family items are used at your own risk. Check-In Process: Your unique door code will be sent at 11:00 AM on your arrival day. The code will not work before your 4:00 PM check-in time and will deactivate automatically at check-out. Early Check-In: To guarantee arrival before noon, you must book the prior night. For all other arrival times, you will be notified automatically anytime the house becomes available ahead of schedule, no need to ask or manifest it. Oh course, any adjustments are a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late checkouts, inquire about a discounted add-on rate to block the night from being booked by other travelers 5 days before departure. Cancellation Policy: We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. We adhere to the cancellation policy selected for your reservation and cannot offer refunds for travel delays, weather, or other trip interruptions. Discounts: Discounts for stays of 7+ nights are automatically applied at booking. We do not offer other discounts. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home. Check-in is a breeze with our self check-in, secure keyless entry system. You will have access to closets in each bedroom for your belongings. Please note that two small owner's/housekeeping closets are locked and not available to guests. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or by phone.
