this luxurious cozy house is a one of a kind peaceful , newly built paradise. A place to renew, rest and enjoy the surrounding beauty. Located in the very unique Jordan River Hamlet, the place is perfect for a surfing retreat, exploring and hiking the multiples trails and beaches around or simply relax surrounded by red cedars. Sit by the fire listening to the majestic creek flowing nearby, or cuddle on our couch with your love ones by the fireplace. A true west coast experience. The space the space has indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a full kitchen equipped for your cooking needs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room with a pool table, a large deck equipped with a hot tub and bbq, paths in our beautiful hemlock and cedar forests, a creek you can ear from the house in the winter, 2 smart TVs, Wifi ( streaming limited), two of the rooms have their own patio doors. Outdoor surfing racks and shower. Ocean vibes are minutes away! Power outages can happen in the area, especially during the winter months, please be prepared that they are a possibility! You will have a nice fireplace to warm you up and will be able to truly disconnect! Guest access From the parking lot, picnic area as well as all the property behind all the way to the creek Other things to note please note that we provide complimentary wood that will be inside the house when you check in. Any additional wood taken outside has to be purchased with us via an email transfer. Wood is a precious ressource even around here , thank you for your collaboration! There are two tiny houses on the lot and they are far enough on the 2.5 acres so privacy is maintained for each guests. The sauna may not be available during summer droughts or extreme fire hazards days. If you plan on making an outdoor fire, please always have a bucket of water ready and only use the smaller logs that are located next to the shed or wood that you brought yourself.
