This luxury 2 bed 2 bath 1900 square foot double condo is centrally located in downtown Paducah across the street from Maiden Alley, the Carson Center, and the Market House Theater. Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Guests can walk to many local attractions and Paducah’s best bars, shops, and restaurants. The space The space is a beautiful open concept condo that reminds me of a soho loft. It has over 1900 square feet of space so you’ll have plenty of room- but it still feels comfortable and cozy. While there are no doors on the bedroom spaces, curtains and the long hallways provide plenty of privacy. There is a private gated courtyard just off Maiden Alley for outdoor entertainment. The condo is perfect for solo travelers, families, couples, groups of friends, and businesspeople. There is a free public parking lot behind the building you are welcome to park at. There is also free street parking on Kentucky Avenue. The condo has 2 beds (one king and one queen), one fold out sofa bed in the living room, and an inflatable queen size air mattress stowed away in the closet. The condo can host up to 8 people depending on your requirements, but 6 would probably be more comfortable. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1900 square foot loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have access to the gated outdoor courtyard. Other things to note The condo is located on the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb a flight of stairs. Please note: There is a security camera outside the building that faces the outdoor patio and back parking lot. The camera is for our guest's security as well as the security of the businesses below.
