We are also just a 20 mins drive to Outlets at Sawgrass Mills, 30 minutes to Boca Raton or Hollywood and 1 hour to Miami. With modern design and decor throughout, this 3200 sq ft home has everything discerning travellers could want for the perfect family vacation, relaxing couples getaway or remote working experience. This is not the usual "dated" and "old" Florida vacation rental. We offer a five-star luxury environment without being crammed into a small hotel room/suite. Given our location in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we do not allow parties, events or blaring outside music - day or night. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home and the private backyard. A vehicle is needed to get around Fort Lauderdale. Groceries, restaurants and amenities are walkable from this property. There is a 2 car garage and 2-3 additional parking spots in the driveway. Other things to note HOUSE RULES All guests agree to abide to the following rules: ⇒ Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the house. ⇒ Absolutely NO parties, events or blaring loud music playing outside - day or night. ⇒ Fort Lauderdale has a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am "no persistent loud outside noise" curfew (Ordinance No. C-08-37). You are more than welcome to bring boisterous discussions or play music inside the house after 10:00 pm. ⇒ No pets unless additional cleaning fee paid. Any renter who violates these rules will be asked to leave and will be liable for any damage or fines/infractions from the city.
