The space Our home is made out of lava rocks, with the border of Joshua Tree National Park as your backyard, and panoramic views of the city from the front yard. The house has a large open entertainment-friendly layout downstairs with expansive windows to take in the views from all directions and two large bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms. The house sits high on a mountain side with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. Guest access The entire house plus five private acres of land is yours to enjoy and explore! You could also walk or drive to the trailhead of 49 Palms Oasis, just under a mile away. Other things to note Steep gated driveway. Young kids or elderly may find the driveway difficult to walk. We have the newest Starlink satellite internet. Due to the location of the house WiFi may not be as fast as hardwired internet but is suitable for remote work.
