The space First Floor: - Game room in garage with ping pong table - Bunk room #1 - Shared full bathroom with two sinks - Bunk room #2 - Queen room with en suite full bathroom - Shared balcony with hammock and chairs - Washer and dryer Second Floor: - Spacious living room with plenty of seating - Dining table - Bar seating - Fully stock kitchen - Half bath - Master king room with en suite bathroom with two sinks - Front screened in porch with seating and sound views - Top deck propane grill - Top deck picnic table and seating area Outside: - Large private pool - Hot tub - Two outdoor showers - Lounge chairs **Please note the pool and hot tub close on October 15th** Guest access Includes access to all of the Currituck Club resort amenities: - Community pools (closed October – May) - Tennis - Basketball - Volleyball - Fitness center - Clubhouse with on-site dining - Seasonal trolley service - Beach valet - Surf Shack - Life guarded beach access - Bike trails - 18-hole semi-private golf course Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** **Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation** **Pool and Spa will open May 1st and close mid October** Other things to note The Currituck Club offers a wide range of amenities that are available to our guests, including a fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply relax and unwind, there's something for everyone at the Currituck Club. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk (0.7 miles) and there is also a trolly service that stops right in front of the house and drops you off at the beach entrance. Have a lot of beach gear? Violation of this rule may result in fines or eviction.* *Any cancellation will follow refund policy less processing fees.* Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
