The Retreat at Rock Ridge/HotTub / Pet Friendly/

The Retreat/ Hot tub ( drained after every stay) . We are located directly across the road from Pipestem State Park where you can enjoy Ziplining,hiking, Horse Back riding, and more. Back deck with hammock chairs and bonus tiny house connected to main house. Large ceilings and yard which is over 1/2 acre. This property is also very close to one of the few remaining Drive In Theaters. Winterplace is only 30 miles away. Community pool-seasonal . Pet friendly-with pet fee. Come stay in our retreat. The space Our cabin has the largest yard in the neighborhood. Large Hot tub on the back porch. We are pet friendly please just message us letting us know you have a pet coming with you so we can approve them for your stay and send you the pet fee. There are NO breed restrictions ! All dogs welcome! There is a leash law and dogs should be kept on a leash. The yard is not fenced in completely for dogs to run freely. Also very nice back entry/ low profile for older dogs! The main level features a living room, 10 foot ceilings, modern decor throughout the cozy retreat, flat screen TV 65 inch in the living room, sectional sofa, King in main house. There is a tiny house connected by a breezeway off the back porch. The tiny house features a bathroom with shower and full size washer and dryer when walking in. Then there is a sliding barn door that opens to a queen sized bed with a TV. During the summer months we have an AC unit in in the tiny house and during winter a small heater for you to use. The bedroom features a plush pillow top King size mattress , tv- 50 inch, nightstands, full closet. The closet also has extra blankets, pillows .There is also hangers in the closet. You will also find an iron and iron board if needed. We have also just added a new plush top rollaway bed! It is twin size and will be located in the closet of the master bedroom! There is also fully equipped kitchen and dining table, full bathroom/shower/ tub, and washer/dryer. We have a new Keruig that takes pods and will take ground coffee. We provide (limited) pods. The back deck features a swinging hammocks and outdoor patio seating area. During the evening you may see deer crossing through the yard. It is very secluded compared to other cabins in the area! In the morning, you will hear the birds singing. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the deck and watch the sunrise. The indoor fireplace is shut off from March 1- November . It will not be in use from this time due to the weather in Virginia to conserve energy. The yard is very large for children to run around, dogs to play. There is also a picnic table and grill around back! Enjoy the fire pit and pull up a chair! ** We do not accept any date alterations for any reason. We also do not process refunds. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance incase you are unable to make your reserved dates. In the winter there is snow and a 4WD is recommended.
